Position: Customer Service Account Manager
Commission Range: 10%-15% with no earning cap
Customer Service Average Earnings $10k - $20K Annually
Job Description:
Living Epistles is looking for energetic individuals who would like the opportunity to create their own destiny, while working to change the destiny of the lost with a market leader in Christian message apparel. This is a commission based work at home opportunity.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with orders and process phone, fax, and mail orders
Offer exceptional customer service in all communication
Maintain familiarity with current sales specials and assist customers with promotional orders
Maintain familiarity with product lines to assist customers placing orders
Handle new account requests
Maintain departmental standards and participate in staff meetings
Maintain company standards for attendance and punctuality
Provide service for accounts in a specific channel of distribution and/or sales territory
Provide accurate customer feedback regarding customers, products, and services
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and customer support staff
Independently develop new customers using the tools provided along with other accepted lead generation tools
Maintain a database of leads and customers using the online tools provided
Knowledge / Experience
Order entry experience (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
Skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize work
Excellent typing (30+ wpm) and 10-key skills (helpful)
Ability to see opportunities to grow sales
Creative thinking
Discipline to the sales process

Hours: 8am5pm, MondayFriday
